●Environmental protection

In order to reduce environmental pollution, the production process adopts excellent technology and advanced technology to reduce the production of "three wastes"; The company has built a batch of sewage treatment facilities and waste treatment devices to ensure the "three wastes".

Incineration device

After the treatment, it will be discharged to meet the standard or far below the prescribed standard, and the heat generated during the treatment of pollution factors will be converted into energy, so as to realize the recycling of resources, reduce carbon emissions, and implement the social responsibility of the enterprise.

1、Waste gas treatment device: The production waste gas is collected by multi-stage condensation technology, and then treated by water spray washing, biological spray washing, activated carbon adsorption, incineration and other devices after reaching the standard discharge.

2、Wastewater treatment facilities: Self-built wastewater treatment station with a treatment capacity of 600t/d, the main processes include iron carbon micro-electrolysis, Fenton oxidation, hydrolytic acidification, anaerobic UASB, two-stage AO, etc., which are discharged to the park sewage treatment plant after treatment standards.

3、Incineration device: The factory built its own incinerator and obtained environmental protection permission to convert waste heat into steam for the whole plant. Reuse of waste and reduce environmental pollution.
