  • Guizhou Daozhen production base
  •   Guizhou Werlchem Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in Bayu Industrial Park, Yuxi Town, Daozhen Autonomous County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, planning for three phases of construction, of which the first two phases have been completed and put into operation, the existing 3 pharmaceutical intermediate production lines, with an annual capacity of up to 1500 tons. The third phase, which is under preparation, will focus on the production of novel pharmaceutical excipients and pharmaceutical apis. The base adopts Honeywell DCS automatic control system, has a reaction volume of 280m³, has a high level of automation and production capacity, and can fully respond to the diversified needs of customers to ensure timely delivery of projects;
  • Area：100,000 square meters (covering an area of 150 mu, planned to be built in three phases, of which the first two phases have been successfully landed, covering an area of 73 mu);

Detection capability：

  The factory has a perfect testing system, high performance liquid chromatographic instrument, gas chromatographic instrument and headspace sampler, automatic moisture meter, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, electronic balance, colorimeter, turbidity meter and other advanced testing equipment are available to ensure that every link from raw materials to finished products are strictly tested.

Safety system：

  In order to implement the EHS management system and take the road of sustainable development, Daozhen · production base has invested 20 million yuan to build a perfect fire alarm fire linkage system, video surveillance system and combustible gas alarm linkage system to protect the safety and health of employees from multiple dimensions. At the same time, the base is also equipped with exhaust gas collection and treatment system, waste liquid incineration system, solvent recovery system, etc., the use of systematic and compliant treatment facilities to ensure the harmless treatment of gas, liquid and solid.
