  Werlchem Shares originated from Chongqing Werlchem New Materials Co., Ltd., which was established in 2007. In June 2022, it completed the joint-stock transformation and changed into Chongqing Werlchem New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as Werlchem Shares), with a registered capital of 64.97 million yuan. The company's main business includes electronic chemicals for photoresist, ultraviolet absorbers, daily chemicals and pharmaceutical raw materials, and provides R&D and production services for key raw materials for electronic display and semiconductor enterprises, daily beauty enterprises and pharmaceutical enterprises. Terminal customers are mainly distributed in Europe, South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, South America and the domestic market.
  Werlchem adopts the group operation mode, with Chongqing North New District as the headquarters base, and has set up a research institute of more than 5,000 square meters in Chongqing Soil · Dadi Enterprise Park, and two production bases in Guangan National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Sichuan Province and Ba Fishery Industrial Park in Daozhen Autonomous Region in Guizhou Province，
